A tile placing racing game set in rush-hour traffic
Each turn involves placing tiles, moving your own car, moving the mass of traffic, and adding more cars until the finish line shows up.
Then the race is on to escape the gridlock to win it all. Each game plays out differently with how you place your roads and direct the flow of traffic.
